Refund & Cancellation Policy

Alpha Mega Creations — “Where Purpose Meets Power”

At Alpha Mega Creations, we are committed to using all donations, sponsorships, and program payments responsibly to support our mission of empowering youth and young adults in need. Because we operate as a nonprofit organization, our refund and cancellation guidelines are designed to ensure transparency, accountability, and compliance with charitable regulations.

1. Donations & Sponsorships

All donations are considered final.

Because contributions are used immediately to support our programs, donations and sponsorship payments are generally non-refundable.

However, we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:

• Duplicate      transactions
• Incorrect      dollar amounts
• Unauthorized      or fraudulent charges

Refunds, if approved, will be returned using the original payment method.

2. Program Fees, Event Registrations, or Service Payments

For paid programs, workshops, or special events hosted by Alpha Mega Creations:

• Cancellations      made within 48 hours of purchase may be eligible for a refund.
• Cancellations      made after 48 hours will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis,      depending on program costs already incurred.
• If      Alpha Mega Creations cancels an event or service, participants will      receive a full refund or the option to transfer their payment to a      future program.

All refund or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to:

3. Monthly Giving or Recurring Payments

Donors may cancel their recurring monthly contribution at any time by emailing:

Requests received at least 3 business days before the next scheduled charge will take effect immediately.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
